This technique does not require hospitalisation and is performed under local anaesthetic. The principle is simple: the first time involves taking a strip of scalp in the occipital area and to prepare the grafts under a microscope. They are separate grafts in mono, bi or tri follicular depending on the area to implant. To perform this procedure, Dr. Alfandari uses two experienced assistants to help him. Implants are prepared and re-implanted 1 by 1 at the recipient area. It is a long and detailed procedure but the result is worth it.
